TICKET PROVIDERS, TICKET RESELLERS AND SECONDARY TICKET EXCHANGES

“Governmental charges” means any taxes, fees or charges that the Federal Government or this State, or any agency or political subdivision thereof, or a tribal government imposes on or requires to be collected in connection with the sale of a ticket or a transaction involving the sale of a ticket.
