CHAPTER 598A - UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
GENERAL PROVISIONS

The State, any district, municipal corporation, agency or other political subdivision of the State injured in its business or property by reason of a violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall recover treble damages, together with reasonable attorney fees and costs.
