NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING HEALTH CARE

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 598A.440, a person who conspires to, or does, violate any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
