Title Loan Services

A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a title loan service pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the provisions of subsection 6 of NRS 604A.5072 prohibiting advertisements that are false, misleading or deceptive with regard to the rates, terms or conditions for title loans.
