CHAPTER 604C - CONSUMER LITIGATION FUNDING
RECORDS, REPORTS AND EXAMINATIONS

In addition to any other fee provided by this chapter, the Commissioner shall assess and collect from each licensee the reasonable cost of auditing the books and records of a licensee.
