NRS 604D.240: License remains effective until expiration, surrender, revocation or suspension. [Effective through December 31, 2029.]

Each license as a provider shall remain in full force and effect until it expires or is surrendered, revoked or suspended as provided in this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
