NRS 604D.900: Applicability of chapters 604A

and 675 of NRS. [Effective through December 31, 2029.]The proceeds provided to a consumer by a provider in accordance with this chapter shall not be subject to the provisions of chapter 604A or 675 of NRS. A provider of the proceeds shall not be required to be licensed pursuant to chapters 604A and 675 of NRS unless the provider is conducting business pursuant to chapter 604A or 675 of NRS.
