PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

The Labor Commissioner shall make an itemized account of all money received by him or her as fees for licenses under the provisions of NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, and shall deposit the money with the State Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of NRS 353.250.
