NRS 611.230: Posting of notice of limitation of fee.

Every employment agency shall keep posted in a conspicuous place in its office or place of business a card or cards, furnished by the Labor Commissioner, upon which must be printed in large black-faced type the following: “No fee may be charged an applicant for employment which exceeds 65 percent of the first month’s gross cash wage.”
