PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

The Labor Commissioner shall enforce NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, and when informed of any violations thereof, shall report the fact to the district attorney of the county in which such violation occurred. The district attorney shall prosecute the violator in accordance with law.
