NRS 612.095: “Employment”: Domestic service in private home excluded; exception.

“Employment” does not include domestic service in a private home unless the amount paid in cash wages by an employer or employing unit is $1,000 or more for service performed in any calendar quarter of the current calendar year or the preceding calendar year.
