NRS 612.3772: Other provisions of chapter applicable to extended benefits.

Except when the result would be inconsistent with the other provisions of NRS 612.377 to 612.3786, inclusive, as provided in the regulations of the Administrator, the provisions of this chapter which apply to claims for, or the payment of, regular benefits apply to claims for, and the payment of, extended benefits.
