CHAPTER 612 - UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION BOND FUND

“Bond” means any type of special revenue obligation, including, without limitation, a bond, note, interim obligation, certificate or other instrument issued by the State Board of Finance in accordance with NRS 612.6102 to 612.6134, inclusive, including refunding bonds.
