NRS 613.220: Assembling and cooperation of employees to secure increases in wages unrestricted.

No part of this chapter shall be construed to restrict or prohibit the orderly and peaceable assembling or cooperation of persons employed in any profession, trade or handicraft for the purpose of securing an advance in the rate of wages or compensation, or for the maintenance of such rate.
