NRS 616A.070: “Benefit penalty” defined.

“Benefit penalty” means an additional amount of money that is payable to a claimant if the Administrator has determined that a violation of any of the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (e), inclusive, (h) or (i) of subsection 1 of NRS 616D.120 has occurred.
