NRS 616A.120: “Employee”: Participants in programs of job training administered by Division of Social Services of Department of Human Services.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 616A.125, any person who participates in a program of job training administered by the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services shall be deemed for the purposes of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS to be an employee of the Division of Social Services at the wage of $150 per month and is entitled to the benefits of those chapters.
