NRS 616A.165: “Employee”: Trustees of school districts.

Trustees of school districts, while engaged in their designated duty as trustees, shall be deemed, for the purpose of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS, employees receiving a wage of $250 per month, and, in the event of injury while performing their designated duty, shall be entitled to the benefits of those chapters.
