DIVISION OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY

The Administrator shall adopt regulations for the determination of categories of injury, other than those described in NRS 616A.077, to be deemed catastrophic injuries.
