NRS 617.510: Penalties and remedies are cumulative; exception.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 617.017, no penalty or remedy provided in this chapter is exclusive of any other penalty or remedy, but is cumulative and in addition to every other penalty or remedy and may be exercised without exhausting and without regard to any other penalty or remedy provided by this chapter or any other statute.
