NRS 625A.097: General qualifications for registration.

To be eligible for registration by the Board, an applicant for a registration to engage in the practice of environmental health must:

1. Be a natural person of good moral character;

2. Comply with the requirements set forth in NRS 625A.110;

3. Pay the fees provided for in this chapter; and

4. Submit all information required to complete an application for such registration.
