CHAPTER 628 - ACCOUNTANTS
DISCIPLINARY AND OTHER ACTIONS

The Board may appoint a Committee on Continuing Education consisting of certified public accountants in active practice and holding live permits. Upon assignment and as directed by the Board, the Committee shall assist the Board in the administration of the provisions of this chapter for continuing education.
