CHAPTER 628B - PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL GUARDIANS
LICENSES

The Commissioner shall approve the application for a license, keeping on file his or her findings of fact pertaining thereto, if the Commissioner finds that the applicant has met all the requirements of this chapter pertaining to the applicant’s qualifications and application.
