NRS 629.201: Right to bring civil action for disclosure of genetic information.

Any person who suffers an injury as a result of the disclosure of his or her genetic information by another person in violation of NRS 629.171 may bring a civil action for the recovery of his or her actual damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
