DUTIES OF PROVIDERS OF HEALTH CARE CONCERNING PERSONS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

As used in NRS 629.650 to 629.700, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “person with limited English proficiency” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.143.
