NRS 629.700: Grounds for disciplinary action.

1. A provider of health care who violates any provision of NRS 629.650 to 629.700, inclusive, may be disciplined by the board, agency or other entity in this State by which he or she is licensed, certified or regulated.

2. The board, agency or other entity in this State by which a provider of health care is licensed, certified or regulated shall determine if the provider of health care is in compliance with NRS 629.650 to 629.700, inclusive, using the factors listed in subsection 2 of NRS 629.660.
