Background Investigation of Employees of Institutions, Agencies and Facilities to Which Child Is Committed

The provisions of NRS 62B.260 to 62B.280, inclusive, do not apply to a private institution to which a juvenile court commits a child, including without limitation, a facility for the detention of children, if the private institution is required to comply with similar requirements as a condition for licensure in this State.
