NRS 62I.025: Payment of claims from Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account.

All claims that arise pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must be paid from the Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account in the same manner as other claims against the State are paid, upon approval by the Compact Administrator appointed pursuant to NRS 62I.015.
