NRS 631.397: Practicing or offering to practice without license or certificate: Reporting requirements of Board.

Unless the Board determines that extenuating circumstances exist, the Board shall forward to the appropriate law enforcement agency any substantiated information submitted to the Board concerning a person who practices or offers to practice dentistry, dental hygiene, dental therapy or expanded function dental assistance without the appropriate license or certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
