GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Certified registered nurse anesthetist” means a registered nurse who is certified by the Board pursuant to NRS 632.2395 to administer anesthetic agents to a person under the care of a licensed physician, a licensed dentist or a licensed podiatric physician.
