GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Anesthesiologist assistant” means a person who has been issued a license by the Board pursuant to NRS 633.4254 or 633.4262, as applicable, and is approved by the Board to assist in the practice of medicine under the supervision of a supervising osteopathic anesthesiologist.
