NRS 633.071: “Malpractice” defined.

“Malpractice” means failure on the part of an osteopathic physician, physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by osteopathic physicians, physician assistants or anesthesiologist assistants in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
