NRS 634.216: Immunity for Board or person or organization initiating or assisting in lawful investigation.

The Board or any person who or other organization which initiates or assists in any lawful investigation or proceeding concerning the discipline of a chiropractic physician or a business entity that provides chiropractic services is immune from any civil action for that initiation or assistance or any consequential damages, if the person or organization acted without malicious intent.
