DISCIPLINARY AND OTHER ACTIONS

1. If the Division receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board, with the advice of the Advisory Board, to consider the contents of the report.

2. The Board, with the advice of the Advisory Board, shall adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
