CHAPTER 635 - PODIATRIC PHYSICIANS AND PODIATRY HYGIENISTS
PROHIBITED ACTS; PENALTIES; ENFORCEMENT

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 635.167, every person who practices podiatry or as a podiatry hygienist without having complied with the provisions of this chapter must be fined not more than $10,000 for each offense.
