CERTIFICATION TO ADMINISTER AND PRESCRIBE CERTAIN PHARMACEUTICAL AGENTS

An optometrist shall not administer or prescribe a pharmaceutical agent other than a diagnostic pharmaceutical agent unless the optometrist has obtained a certificate pursuant to NRS 636.288.
