NRS 637.0227: “Optical establishment” defined.

“Optical establishment” means a single physical store, office or department of a business where ophthalmic dispensing takes place. The term includes such a store, office or department that is owned or operated by a business which owns or operates multiple stores, offices or departments where ophthalmic dispensing takes place.
