“Speech-language pathology provisional licensee” means any person who holds a provisional license issued pursuant to NRS 637B.201 to engage in the practice of speech-language pathology while completing the clinical fellowship requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
