CHAPTER 639 - PHARMACISTS AND PHARMACY
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Hospital” means any facility which is licensed by the Department of Human Services as a hospital and which provides care and treatment for human illness or other abnormal physical or mental conditions on an inpatient basis, including any such facility operated by this State or a political subdivision of this State.
