GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Telepharmacy” means:

1. A pharmacy; or

2. An office of a dispensing practitioner,

Ê that is accessible by a remote site or a satellite consultation site electronically, telephonically or by fiber optics, including, without limitation, through telehealth, from within or outside this State or the United States.
