The Board shall, by regulation, prescribe the following fees which must not exceed:
Application for a license..................................................................................... $250
Examination for a license...................................................................................... 350
Application for a license without examination.................................................. 350
Annual renewal of a license.................................................................................. 350
Restoration of an expired license......................................................................... 350
Issuance of a duplicate license............................................................................... 50
