NRS 640D.010: Legislative declaration.

The practice of music therapy is hereby declared to be a learned allied health profession, affecting public health, safety and welfare and subject to regulation to protect the public from the practice of music therapy by unqualified and unlicensed persons and from unprofessional conduct by persons who are licensed to practice music therapy.
