NRS 640D.100: Board authorized to establish Music Therapy Advisory Group.

1. The Board may establish a Music Therapy Advisory Group consisting of persons familiar with the practice of music therapy to provide the Board and the Division with expertise and assistance in carrying out their duties pursuant to this chapter. If a Music Therapy Advisory Group is established, the Board must:

(a) Determine the number of members;

(b) Appoint the members;

(c) Establish the terms of the members; and

(d) Determine the duties of the Music Therapy Advisory Group.

2. Members of a Music Therapy Advisory Group established pursuant to subsection 1 serve without compensation.
