CHAPTER 640E - DIETITIANS
LICENSES; REGULATION OF PRACTICE

The Division shall act upon an application for a license submitted pursuant to this chapter without unnecessary delay. If an applicant is found qualified, the applicant must be issued a license to engage in the practice of dietetics.
