GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Malpractice” means failure on the part of a psychologist or a behavioral health and wellness practitioner to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by psychologists or behavioral health and wellness practitioners, as applicable, in good standing in the community.
