NRS 641.111: Deposit and expenditure of money.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 641.2252, all money coming into possession of the Board must be kept or deposited by the Secretary-Treasurer in banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations or savings banks in the State of Nevada to be expended for payment of compensation and expenses of board members and for other necessary or proper purposes in the administration of this chapter.
