A violation of this chapter by a person unlawfully representing himself or herself as a marriage and family therapist, marriage and family therapist intern, clinical professional counselor or clinical professional counselor intern may be enjoined by a district court on petition by the Board. In any such proceeding it is not necessary to show that any person is individually injured.
