PROHIBITED ACTS; PENALTIES; ENFORCEMENT

After a license is revoked, a licensee may apply to the Board pursuant to the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS for its reinstatement. The Board has complete discretion to accept or reject such an application and may require successful completion of an examination as a condition of reinstatement.
