GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Certificate” means a certificate issued to a person who is certified as an alcohol and drug counselor, a clinical alcohol and drug counselor intern, an alcohol and drug counselor intern, a problem gambling counselor or a problem gambling counselor intern.
