GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Practice of counseling persons with alcohol and other substance use disorders” means the application of counseling to reduce or eliminate the habitual use of alcohol or other drugs, other than any maintenance dosage of a narcotic or habit-forming drug administered pursuant to chapter 453 of NRS.
