NRS 641D.050: “Community” defined.

“Community” means the entire area customarily served by behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts among whom a patient may reasonably choose, not merely the particular area inhabited by the patients of an individual behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician or the particular city or place where the behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician has his or her office.
